代表性成果 (获奖成果、专著、论文、专利)

研究兴趣主要围绕含季碳中心的多环骨架结构为研究对象,针对性开发高效合成策略,拓展其在复杂分子合成中的应用(图1)。针对含季碳中心的不同桥环骨架,创新性地发展了光催化烯醇硅醚的串联反应以及铁催化还原aldol反应。针对含季碳中心的不同并环骨架,发展了钯催化半片呐醇重排串联Csp2-H芳基化反应,二醇氧化断裂串联aldol反应以及铁促进[5+2]环加成反应。并以此实现了C20氧化对映贝壳杉烷二萜sculponin U和丁香烷倍半萜rumphellclovane E的全合成以及数个天然产物核心骨架的构建。建立了光催化烯醇硅醚的串联反应合成桥环和稠环骨架的方法学。开发了反常区域选择性的铁催化γ/δ-烯基烯酮串联环化反应合成双环环丙醇的策略。累计发表论文 47篇,它引超过 1200 ,其中以第一(共同)或者共同通讯作者发表论文32篇,包括 J. Am. Chem. Soc. 发表 2 篇,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 发表 2 篇Org. Lett. 7篇,Chem. Comm. 1篇,OCF 3篇,JOC 2篇;两篇论文入选ESI高被引论文,2篇论文引用超过200次,最高它引超过250次。
